Malin Lidén
I strive to create a strong physical presence in my ceramic works where traces of my hands are often visible. In this intimate dialogue that arises between me and the clay, I allow the clay’s own agents to take center stage, making each work unique with surprising forms and expressions.
Through site-specific investigations using the body, movement and senses as guides, I allow mythological stories to emerge in the form of words, ceramic objects and performance.
